Program Manager – Campus hiring
Planning & Relationship Building:
Execute on a comprehensive University (undergraduate, graduate, MBA) strategy including, but not limited to, talent (technical and non-technical) needs assessment, ongoing programs, brand perception, performance metrics.
Create new ways to build new relationships to formally establish Zoom’s presence and engagement with early-in-career talent.
Collaborate with and create new campus hiring programs for our technical and business teams.
Plan and attend campus events to build relationships with students that are virtual or live once possible.
Lead and build partnerships with student organizations.
Identify and manage external partnerships with diversity-related organizations.
Work with hiring managers and interview teams to create exceptional and structured interview experiences in order to bring the best and brightest to Zoom.
Partner with the Global Emerging Talent Program to develop and execute a diversity, equity and inclusion strategy that guides how we engage with and evaluate early career candidates.
Bring in industry best practices and leverage new ideas within the intern experience and new grad experience.
Design and execute intern and recent graduate programs throughout the year.
Implement assessment tools for capturing intern, graduate, and manager feedback.
Utilize global analytics to leverage data and metrics by standardizing reporting for visibility to all aspects of the program to include total hires, diversity metrics, cost, retention, and intern conversions.
Partner and influence hiring managers to ensure assignments/projects are offering cutting edge work and accelerated experiences to all interns.
Build additional pieces of the program to ensure our interns are learning and growing their skills outside their main project.
Build on the internship program, including onboarding, orientation, educational sessions, network building, and final-report outs and assessment for hire.
Partner with our US Global Emerging Talent Program team to incorporate current best practices.
Develop content and manage the roll-out of hiring manager education, on-campus campaigns, social media plans, etc. to help boost campus recruiting efforts.
Assist in building an internal branding strategy in order to partner, educate and create advocacy around the intern program in order to grow year over year.
Minimum of 8 years of professional work experience in Talent Acquisition or related HR field, including a minimum of 4 years leading a University Recruiting program. Experience with creating more diverse candidate pools preferred.
Experience having built campus hiring programs ground-up will be preferred

Well versed in University Recruiting with intimate knowledge of curriculum, competitor best practices, and relationships with schools.

Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Outstanding project management skills.
Experience in the Tech/Engineering/Sales field is preferred.
