Job Description Wipro Recruitment 2020 Job Vacancies for Customer Support Associate in September 2020:
Provide inbound and outbound contacts to customers to provide technical support, service warranty claims and create orders
Ability to address customer complaints, or other issues with products or services.
Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that customers feel supported and valued.
Ability to function effectively under stressful environment
Log data and Place customer orders in the computer system
Identify and escalate issues to supervisors and partners
Provide product and service information to customers
Research required information using available resources
Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
Process orders, forms, and application
Route calls to appropriate resources
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
Follow up customer calls where necessary
Complete call logs and reports
Other duties as assigned
Experience
Min 1 Year of experience in a call center environment preferably with US consumers
Superior listening, verbal, and English written communication skills
Proficient in relevant computer applications
Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
Excellent data entry and typing skills
Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
Flexible enough to meet the needs of your diverse customer base
Quick learner and attention to details
