Develop business architecture using requirements such as scope, processes, alternatives, and risks.
Analyze client’s business requirements and processes through document analysis, interviews, workshops, and workflow analysis.
Conduct 5+ levels of testing including functional, regression, user acceptance, integration and performance to verify the client’s needs are met.
Communicate client’s business requirements by constructing easy-to-understand data and process models.
Provide input into developing and modifying systems to meet client needs and develop business specifications to support these modifications.
Liaise between business and technical personnel to ensure a mutual understanding of processes and applications.
Engage client to gather software requirements/business rules, and ensure alignment with development teams
Translate stakeholder requirements into over 10 different tangible deliverables such as functional specifications, user cases, user stories, workflow/process diagrams, data flow/data model diagrams.
Evaluate risks related to requirements implementation, testing processes, project communications, and training.
Identify and reconcile errors in client data to ensure accurate business requirements.
Draft and maintain business requirements and align them with functional and technical requirements.
Facilitate monthly meetings with clients to document requirements and explore potential solutions.
Research for any process improvements, develop and manage initiatives to improve processes.
Maintain system and data integrity during change control and management processes.
Prepare and present reports to managers, update training material and guides when required.
Requirements gathering, definition, design, and implementation of Digital selling platforms CRM, Mobility, User Experience, knowledge management & social collaboration platforms
Documentation of BRDs, functional specifications, change requests and related processes
Program management of SDLC activities
Develop communication strategy towards articulating the potential benefits of sales transformation to BDMs, account managers and senior management
Sales user trainings and functional support
Graduate / Post-graduate degree in Technology / Management with minimum 6 years of experience
Professional experience in IT industry, preferably in Digital, Pre-Sales, Consulting, Business Analysis, Process Engineering
Experience in Requirements Gathering, Analysis and Digital Sales System Design
Passion for Business Analysis, Technology & Innovation, Industry Bench Marking, Change Management
Domain knowledge of Sales, Sales Operations and Account Management
Knowledge of Digital Technologies, Mobility and CRM
Good analytical, reporting and strong interpersonal skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Human Capital Management experience will be added advantage
