Call Center Executive Job Responsibility :
- Identifying Customers needs, Clarify information, research each issue and provide solutions.
Follow Communication Scripts when handling different topics.
Build Sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensive way.
Should be able to coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth service to customers.
- Previous experience in Customer Support role.
Strong Phone & Verbal communication skills along with active listening.
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.
Flexible to work in Night shift.
Good typing skills.
Excellent command over English & Hindi languages.
