Job Description TMF Group Job Openings in Pune Vacancies for Operations Analyst in August 2020:

The Client Application Operations Analyst is responsible for Level 1 support and execute operational activities to enable the clients to perform its task. The Helpdesk is client facing role and responsible to coordinating function between the end users and the internal IT teams. The Helpdesk also coordinates go-live deliveries with the PM’s and collaborates with the Finance, Invoicing team to raise invoices for the work delivered.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinating with Implementation coordinator / Lead for monthly schedule.
Demonstrating an exceptional customer service orientation receive and log all support request from TMF Clients and Internal/External Stakeholders associates to comply with current SLA (service level agreement).
The Application Support Analyst provides technical and business support for users of TMF Applications. This includes providing quick resolutions to app issues, driving stability, efficiency and effectiveness improvements to help us and the business succeed.
Manages, maintains and supports applications and their operating environments, focusing on stability, quality and functionality against service level expectations.
Start of day checks, continuous monitoring, and regional handover.
Perform same day risk reconciliations.
Develop and maintain technical support documentation.
Identifies ways to maximize the potential of the applications used Assess risk and impact of production issues and escalate to business and technology management in a timely manner.
Formulates and defines scope and objectives for complex application enhancements and problem resolution
Partners with appropriate development and production support areas to prioritize bug fixes and support tooling requirements.
Participate in application releases, from development, testing and deployment into production.
Engages in post implementation analysis to ensure successful system design and functionality.
Considers implications of the application of technology to the current environment. Identifies risks, vulnerabilities and security issues; communicates impact
Ensures essential procedures are followed and helps to define operating standards and processes.
Act as a liaison between TMF Clients / TMF Local offices, interfacing internal technology groups and vendors.
Build relationships with customers as required. Develop and maintain efficient and effective operations leading to ongoing enhanced customer experiences.

Qualifications

Key business expertise

Strong communication skills in English – Read / Write/ speak
Willing to work in US Hour’s & support in 24 by 5 rotation as per the shift roster
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Word
Bachelor degree in business or related field of study.
Minimum of three years’ experience in related field.
Exceptional verbal, written, presentation and reporting skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Can work well in multi-disciplinary global teams
Ability to work on tight deadlines and high volume (but low complexity) work.

Candidate profile

Bachelor’s/University degree in computer application or equivalent experience
Domain experience in Technical Support / Payroll / HR / Accounting / Finance is helpful
3 year related work experience in working in Technical Support – L1/L2
Knowledge of file layouts, formats/directory structure creation, user rights management is a must
Batch job execution, monitoring, error log analysis
Proven work experience in Language support – Spanish or similar role
Experience in Incident / Problem management.
Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) with the ability to develop reports.
Ideally would also

Support Global Talent Development in assigned projects, as requested.
PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus
A background in Payroll Services is a plus
