Job Description Tech Mahindra Walkins in Pune for Email / Voice Process in February 2021:

Responsibilities and Duties

The primary responsibilities of a Customer Service specialist would be:

Handling escalations and complex queries.
Manage large amounts of emails & chats
Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ or obtain details of complaints.
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

Key skills required:

Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Excellent English communications skills
Ability to listen and active problem solving skills
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to handle pressure
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Minimum 1 year in BPO Experience Mandate

Shift- 8 Am to 8 Pm Rotational Shift ( One Week off-rotational)

Skills Required : Good Communication skills and basic computer knowledge
