Job Description Tech Mahindra Careers Job Vacancies for International Voice Process in October 2020:
*Minimum experience of 12 months for graduate and 24 months for undergraduate in inbound voice
*Need excellent communication skills
- Should have experience in Customer Service role from a Telecom Process. (Telecom experience being mandatory)

Should have basic knowledge of charges and billing
Shifts: 24/7 (Rotational)
5 days working
Compensation: Salary + incentives, bonus
Transportation Facilities: Both ways
NOTE- Telecom Voice experience is mandatory. Immediate Joiners preferred.
