Roles & Responsibilities :
Drive the team to ensure commitment service levels and contractual obligations and client expectations are met.
Chairing and leading customer scheduled and ad-hoc weekly meetings, MBRs and QBRs
Resources training, certification and skill enhancement
Process Improvement and Continuous Service Improvement
People Management and R&R
Audits and Compliance
Skills Required :
Knowledge and Exposure of US Mortgage domain
Good verbal & written communication skills to communicate with internal and external customers.
Good interpersonal, problem solving & analytical skills. Keep morale high: Ensure motivational programs are in place and encourage frequent recognition.
Establish and maintain communication with clients and team members; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations.
Ability to work in night shifts.
Self-motivated with leadership qualities.
Ability to work effectively in ambiguity, shifting priorities and multiple deadlines
