Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

Act as a coach and facilitate the team in self-organization and cross-functionality – delivering Agile training and coaching in line with agreed outcomes

− Accountable for continuous improvement & improved Velocity as sprints progress

− Knowledge and experience in Agile principles and frameworks: e.g. Scrum, SAFe

– Minimum 5 years − Knowledge and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, Acceptance Test Driven Development, Behavior Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pair working, Automated Testing, Agile Games − Familiar with tools for Agile team management: e.g. JIRA, Confluence

− Knowledge of Banking and Wealth Management products Strong negotiations, presentation, Project Management Skills and experience in setup SDPs and the strategic architecture − Proven understanding of bank processes − Previous Deutsche Bank experience, preferably in IPB Excellent communication skills

Good-to-Have − Highly motivated self-starter, comfortable offering guidance and leadership, both individually and at team/Squad levels

− A great teammate, who is comfortable getting their hands dirty to help the Squad deliver its goals e.g. by removing impediments

− Brings passion to their work to inspire and motivate team members

− Passionate about Agile principles and excited to embed them in org.

− Love coaching and supporting people to embrace new way of working

− Confident delivering formal and informal training − Calm, confident and open-minded

− A continuous improvement mindset

− The ability to self-learn and respond positively to feedback & coaching

− Scrum Master certified and experienced with demonstrable skills and proven capability of Agile application and scrum techniques

− Ability to brainstorm with team to address challenges and roadblocks

− Proven experience influencing behaviour cross-team and cross-discipline without having formal organisational hierarchy

− Experience of transforming from waterfall to flow systems (desirable)

− Attitude which puts the needs of the entire team before that of the individual and helping others perform to the best of their abilities (Servant Leadership)

− Strong organizational skills and motivational skills − Teaching and coaching ability and conflict facilitation skills

 

Location: Pune/Bangalore/Chennai/Delhi | 3 – 7 years of experience
