Embedded Hardware Design Engineer/Power Electronics Engineer
Experience in Analogue/Digital / power electronic circuits design (automotive domain experience preferred)
Analog design: OP-AMP circuits, ADC, DAC designs with SNR considerations, Power Amplifiers, PLLs, data acquisition, sensor interface/signal conditioning circuits.
Experience in MOSFET, IGBT design, High wattage DC DC converter, Inverter, multi input power supply design
Experience in Various Communication interface Standards: UART, I2C, RS485, SPI, USB, CAN, Ethernet etc.
Microprocessor/microcontroller-based hardware designs
Mixed signal design using 16/32-bit microcontrollers, processors, FPGA, SDRAMs, DDRs, FLASH.
Power electronics: Linear & Switch mode supply topologies (Hi/Low voltage Buck, boost converters)
Experience in WCA, DFMEA, Circuit analysis, Thermal analysis, FMEA, FTA
EMI/EMC design considerations & testing
Experience in use of design entry tools e.g Capture, Altium, Zuken etc.
Experience in circuit Simulation using PSPICE, LT Spice etc
Experience in Basic Signal Integrity analysis using Hyperlynx, Cadence SI etc
Hands on experience in using testing & debugging tools like emulators, DSO, Logic Analyzer etc for board bring-up.
Exposure to complete hardware development life cycle,
Experience in Automotive Product Certification (IEC, UL, CE, CISPR standards)
Exposure to DFM & DFT guidelines.
Experience in multiplayer PCB layout
Basic knowledge of simulation tools (e.g. Matlab, Simulink, Spice etc.)
Understanding of requirement management and traceability tools (e.g. DOORS) and basic knowledge of ISO26262 as well as experience on validation and certification procedures according to ISO9000 ISO/TS1690
Good to have System engineering skills
