Systems Engineer

 

1.Helpdesk engineer will act as the single point of contact to the internal customers/users for all IT related requirements.

  1. The responsibilities of the Helpdesk engineer will be to assign the tickets to engineers/groups, track it till closure.

  2. Escalate as per the escalation chart, follow up with internal stakeholders and vendors to close the issues.

  3. Keeping track of consumables in stock, inventory in use update asset data as per the process defined.

  4. Daily ticket status update to team.

  5. Submit week on week service call report to Manager .

  6. Giving training to all newly appointed engineers on Helpdesk tool.

  7. Must be Graduate/Diploma with 1-2 YEARS of relevant experience in remote support.

  8. Knowledge of Office application.

  9. Excellent telephone etiquettes and willing to respond to calls.

  10. Good communication skills (verbal and written).

  11. Ready to support 24*7 operations.

  12. Accountable for all the SLA breaches during the shift.

  13. IT Call center experience is preferred

  14. Need to resolve issues remotely
