Job Description Cerner Corporation Bangalore Job Vacancies 2020 Hiring For Senior Software Engineer in August 2020:

We are excited to hire a Senior Production Software Engineer for our Population Health team in Cerner. As a Senior Production Software Engineer, you are responsible to troubleshoot and analyze basic technical coding issues submitted by internal or external clients. This role envisages you to own, debug, and document basic investigations and resolution of issues within the codebase using varied techniques, including modifying existing software code. You are also responsible to perform root cause analysis and to help identify problem areas and make recommendations to the development teams. In addition to all, you are responsible to communicate with the internal clients, external clients, and the teams on issue resolution and also to create code-based queries and development testing tools.

Basic Qualification:
• Bachelor or Masters Degree in Computer science or any other related field
• At least 4 years of experience in managing, reviewing and performance tuning of Hadoop clusters and log files
• At least 3 years of monitoring Hadoop cluster connectivity and security

Preferred Qualification:
• At least 3 years of experience in troubleshooting application errors and taking steps including collaboration with application teams so that they do not occur again
• Good understanding of Java programming language
Expectations:
Willing to work on shifts as per local regulations
