As a Senior Business Analyst who enjoys understanding and analysing business needs, requirements, conduct strategic assessments, track and assist in developing KPIs while ensuring Data accuracy. The business analyst will be responsible for interfacing between Sales, Order Management, IT, Product Management and Business Management. The candidate should be able to document the business requirements and System Process flow. You are expected to be hands on with a full understanding of the current process flow. The Job

The role of Business Analyst is to translate business requirements needs into detailed specifications and requirements that developers can use.
Able to understand and translate detailed level information provided by customers and from other inputs
Collaborate with Sales, Order Management, IT, Product Management and Business Management
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client scenarios, process system flows (Salesforce, CPQ, SAP, OLFM, Varicent, Snowflake), and analyse business reporting needs and drive process improvement to ensure data accuracy.
Strong business acumen with strong background and the ability to effectively shift between communications styles based on the audience (Sales, technical review through leadership update)
Be agile and embrace change
Must be available to work as close to US Eastern Time as possible especially during the Month End process. Some weekend and holiday hours (2-4 hours 8:00 am – 12:00 pm Eastern time) will be necessary to complete Senior Management reports for month end preliminary results. Preferred working schedule would be until 2:00 pm US Eastern time.

Qualifications & Skills require

Total experience 6-8 years of which 3-5 years’ experience working as a business analyst
Some database knowledge using SQL and with Power BI to be able to work with the Development team
Documenting feature and function of Process Flows and Reporting system
Validating Functional Specification against business requirements
Representing the Business Requirement in Design Review and Test Cases Review.
Work with business groups during UAT to address questions regarding functionality
Prepare documentation and analysis for audits and exams
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to facilitate meetings, collect minutes, gather action items, and drive tasks to completion.
Comfortable working independently and making key decisions on projects
Ability to tell meaningful and accurate stories with data, analysis
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to connect and develop strong partnerships
