Senior Business Analyst
The Business Analyst needs to support PMO function of JLL products by monitoring, tracking, analyzing and reporting data. Provide high-level Management support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing all activities to ensure required support to the PMO. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
The position will support the launch of JLL’s new PMO function for Experience Anywhere product, including the oversight of our technology component, the HUB. The role requires careful coordination with numerous stakeholders between JLL, client & 3rd party providers. Must be digital savvy and data driven to help validate program attributes and successfully monitor deployment across multiple regions. Customer responsiveness is critical as well as the ability to work collaboratively in both the development and delivery phase of a product life cycle. This position is responsible for executing end to end process flow, accountability, and reporting to drive and operational efficiency, including the leveraging of technologies. This role will report to the Director – Program Management Office, Workplace Operations, APAC
The Business Analyst will be responsible as the support to PMO to ensure all deliverables are completed on time, including reporting, and review processes of all components of the offering.
Provide meaningful analysis and representation of business data in way of Presentations and other analytic tool Manage Weekly/monthly operations/governance calls and maintain and present Trackers/ updates as required Works closely with the management team and departmental heads to ensure smooth coordination and flow of communication between all. Acts as helpdesk for internal and external enquiries related to Experience Anywhere product from pilot to post implementation stage.
This will include analyzing and improving all program management processes, tools and reporting. Actively monitors the data of overall Experience Anywhere program and routine report to both operations and product work steams. The Analyst manages centralized tools, templates and processes including change control and integrated tracking and reporting. The Analyst will maintain a strong linkage to product team ensuring industry best practices are being shared. The Analyst will work with the Account Director and assigned account delivery team on reporting, communications plan, and communication templates
The Analyst is responsible for leveraging data, research, and best practices for continuous improvement. Must be the Performance Management Subject Matter Expert. The Analyst will be responsible for End to End data performance management and data analytics while acting as a active help desk for our clients as first point of escalation and resolution. The Analyst will advocate for measuring Employee / User Experience to ensure program attributes achieve desired outcomes. The Analyst manages and monitors KPI’s, service and strategy changes, as required by clients as part of the product delivery
REVIEW / CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT:
This is a new product offering. The candidate must be willing to remain hands on and a “doer” during initial phases of the launch, while working with the matrixed team. Prior experience with multiple service lines: Tech Consulting, IFM, PDS, OP, Finance and Sourcing. Ability to lead development of creative and unique solutions. Technology, business intelligence, or related technical experience is required to help facilitate the deployment of the HUB and lead Tech Roadmap discussions. Demonstrated success in ambiguous situations, with limited direction, without compromising quality of service. Ability and appropriate sense of urgency to manage conflict and issue resolution. Ability to take corrective action quickly and decisively when performance falls short of expectation or when redirection is required. Solutions oriented to apply rigor and logic to solve difficult problems with effective solutions and demonstrated ability to identify issues before they become problems. Looks beyond the obvious and does not stop at the first answers.
