Finance Data Analyst

 

The Finance Data Analyst supports the internal Applic8 team based in Singapore and in Switzerland to maintain our consolidated employees compensations & benefits database accurate and secure, to ensure our database documentation up to date and to keep our database SOX compliant.

Responsibilities
Build trusted relationships with our International key business partners and cross functional teams.
Maintain business flow chart diagrams to align with the actual real-world process.
Keeps accurate and detailed records of the the current Applic8 user handbook (desktop procedure) based on real-world application.
Filter cases raised and ensure approvals and references are attached with compliance.
Answering basic queries in the mail-to-case Applic8 Inov8 (Salesforce app) queue (L1 Support).
Generate Audit Trail Reports (ATR) and Quarterly Access Reviews (QAR) based on the Innov8 queue cases.
Prepare Monthly Dashboard updates and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR).
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) based on upcoming new projects/upgrades.
Perform application clean up on a weekly basis.

Skills and Experience Required
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Demonstrate ability to handle multiple priorities, work independently, accurately and meet deadlines.
Good visualization technics for documentation and flowchart authoring.


Education: Bachelor’s degree
Flexible working hours to support end-users based in EMEA and AMER time zone
Would be an asset:
Experience with Information Technology Systems (Salesforce, Tableau, Oracle, etc).
Great personality with Multinational corporation working experience.
Experience on handling basic database knowledge.
Experience with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) regulation
Experience on documenting process flowcharts
