Difficulties faced by end-user to enter data
UI/UX challenges including field placement, screen transition, presenting critical data upfront
Standard reports and dashboards need
Understand data interfaces with other systems and conduct due diligence
Explore ways to automate manually repetitive tasks for end-users using Salesforce built-in features like workflows, etc.
Study current reports and dashboards and suggest ways to standardize into template that users can use to build quickly
Anchor discussions with end-user working group to gather feedback, discuss possible solutions and translate into requirement documents and use case
Work closely with the technical teams to plan and schedule development, UAT and deployment to production
Support sales CRM on data validation activity for migration
Good sense of UI and UX concepts and transformation
Business analysis skills, use case preparations and documentation

Explain requirements to technical team and drive consensus
