SalesForce Analytics Expert
The SFDC Analytics Lead Expert is responsible for leading the Salesforce Analytics platform (CRM, Customer Journeys & Integrations) at Alstom Group technologically, strategically, and operationally, by bringing strong Platform leadership to the enterprise. He / She will set and execute on a strategic vision and roadmap for Salesforce Platform for the organization by collaborating with stakeholders and executive leadership. The role will act as a strategic thought partner and liaison between internal teams including but not limited to Business and Operations and our Strategic Partner in charge of operating and maintaining the platform. He / She will have interacted with multiple business processes on the SalesForce analytics and delivered working solutions, successfully served the various business leaders’ needs through effective dashboards and reports delivery. This role is both strategic and critical to the business needs. The SFDC Analytics Lead Expert will perform day-to-day activities that include managing enhancements of business data view across the organization. He / She should propose the best possible solutions in Salesforce EA to the stakeholders and fully utilize the tool to get the C-level analytical insights based on the data. He / She will be accountable for supporting ongoing user adoption, support, training, architectural design, and custom dev activities as well as responsible for enhancements, upgrades, data conversations, release updates, and reporting for multiple departments.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
The SFDC Analytics Lead Expert’s expected skills cover (must have):
Data preparation/ETL – to be able to understand source data and advise on ETL transformations to achieve desired data structures for EA
Dataflow build – to manipulate and join data from Salesforce and external systems in SFDC Native dataflow editor
Salesforce Analytics Query Language (SAQL) – advanced experience of SAQL
Advanced EA dashboard building skills and a deep understanding of JSON
Significant UI design experience to advise on the best way to visualize data based on different use cases
Security modelling experience in Einstein including security predicate and app based security
Einstein Discovery Story build and deployment
Working knowledge of at least one ETL platform which can be used to load data into EA datasets like Informatica Cloud, Mulesoft, IBM Cast Iron, Talend, etc.
Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM architecture and security model
Enable EA solution to be embedded into wider SFDC ecosystem
Additional nice to have skills cover:
Salesforce certified Administrator
Basics knowledge of statistics and Oracle R
Working knowledge on Einstein Platform services (Einstein Vision/Language)
Working knowledge on Einstein Industry Solutions (Sales Einstein, Service Einstein etc.)
Business Analysis skills focusing on analytics and reporting – to help define EA platform vision and specific user stories based on business use cases;
Experience of working with business stakeholders across multiple geographic areas, with different priorities and requirements;
Knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms and predictive modelling will be a plus
Experience of big data and performance optimization of visualizations built on very large datasets
Experience of NOSQL database environments.

Required – Certified Salesforce – Platform Developer I
Required – Certified Salesforce Einstein Analytics Consultant
Required – Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science.
