Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for end to end field sales in TOP 100 + real estate projects across pune : Lead Generation to closure and post closure relationship management with the client.

Target Based Job of Sales – 3 apartments per month to be sold

Performing the role of team player and in co-ordination with the management and sales manager allocation of individual sales targets

Maintaining a strong working knowledge of propbuying portfolios / products.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience in Sales- Good Communication & Presentable Good Leadership – Proven sales experience in CRM software.

A high energy job which requires an individual to spend 100% of the time in the field.

Understands the importance of deadlines, proactively remove roadblocks and deliver as per requirement.

Customer focused: Should have an ability to engage the customers and partner to ramp up business support at the same time being able to deliver value.

Candidate should have excellent communication skills.

Should be able to deliver under pressure, in an open environment and a no walls office.

Should have Fire & Hunger for Sales and should be a consistent High performer
