Job Description TCS Careers Job Vacancies for Sales Commission in November 2020:

Role Summary: The Asia Commissions Team is seeking a self-starting and motivated Commissions Analyst with great attention to details, strong ability to identify issues and collaboratively create effective solutions. Its main internal customers are the Sales force and Business Decision Finance teams, with other stakeholders including Business Operations and HR. The team has fiduciary financial responsibilities to ensure compliance with the company’s commission plans and SOX controls, combined with a requirement to provide customer service and business support to its internal customers.

Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

· Calculating Asia SAM Commissions for specific area

• Reconcile data from Commissions system versus Finance systems

• Monthly reviews with Sales Managers of team credit allocations, discrepancies and adjustments

• Identify enhancements to process and system limitations to improve the current Commission workflow

• Responsible for validating Annual Commission plans with the Segment Finance file input provided

• Load Annual Commission Plans and issue Annual Commission Letters to Sales Staff in a timely manner

• Ensure we follow and adhere to SOX Compliance Rules

• Provide interpretation and education of the policies found in the Global Commissions Plan

• Responsible for the management of communication with all the relevant Stakeholders regarding Commissions

• Create and provide ad hoc reporting to Sales Management and Segment Finance

• Coordinate employee changes to Commission targets (i.e. Joiner/Leavers) with HR, Finance, Business Ops, and Sales Staff

• Ensure annual targets and payments are accurately reported in the Commissions system on a quarterly basis

• Review & consolidate Protection Requests and the relevant supporting documentation and present to Sales Management and Segment Finance for Monthly review

• Perform Quarterly commission calculations and present to Sales Management & Finance for Review and Sign off using TC

• Reconcile Statements with approved scorecards, and field questions from Sales Staff regarding their concerns

• Coordinate Communication to relevant Stakeholders (Sales, Finance, HR, Bus Ops) regarding Policy Changes

• Facilitate Sales Staff with interpretation of policies and help with the application regarding specific scenarios

• Responsible for the publication, coordination and adherence of the Monthly Commissions operating timetable

Stakeholder management: Ample experience working with Senior Finance stakeholders ( Head of Finance) , Senior Sales stakeholders ( sales people at all levels), Business operation managers.

Technical /Professional Skills & Competencies:

Process and system knowledge: Knowledge on typical sales cycle (data load to payment), should have sales commission experience. Should have worked with sales commission calculation tools in SAP, Oracle 11i, Varicent

Excel Skills: Sales commission analyst has to work on multiple reports and should have basic knowledge of Pivot, v-lookup, h-look-up and pie charts.
