Handle a team of 3-5 Business Development Associates and help them achieve the target
Build on client relationships and identify potential clients through thorough market research
Generate leads and cold call prospective customers
Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of action

Socially skilled and ability to provide quality leadership to a team of sales people
Good with numbers
Strong communication and proficiency in English
In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Skill in prioritizing and handling obligations with clients
Attention to detail
Excellent time management
