As a Senior Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

Providing subject matter expertise on People matters to the xLoS AC People teams on various human capital strategies, policies, and business processes;

Leading human capital projects and initiatives related but not limited to credentialing, job leveling, talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation, global mobility, diversity and inclusion and others as assigned;

Managing multiple projects simultaneously with varying levels of complexity including identifying and managing risk, identifying and implementing solutions, and successful delivery against deadlines;

Ability to share and use technology for process efficiency gains and to provide innovative solutions;

Leading self and others to accomplish project goals and deliverables on time;

Demonstrating ability to influence xLoS Leadership to determine and meet business objectives;

Developing strategy as well as writing, communicating, facilitating and presenting cogently to and/or for all levels of leadership and staff, which includes results reporting, facilitating problem resolution;

Building and maintaining strong relationships at all internal and external levels while effectively navigating a complex matrixed organization.
