Job Description Philips Careers Job Vacancies for IT Product Manager in October 2020:
Responsible for upstream marketing activities for IT Services products / solutions, including definition of the product and program strategy and its enablers as well as its alignment with key markets globally.
Value proposition development based on customer insights, including Health Economics for lead markets
Develop IT Services products & solutions claims roadmaps
Collaborate with all Businesses and Markets providing input into IT Services Strategy and roadmap to drive sustained competitive differentiation through IT value added Services
Business Case creation and validation
Pricing (Price setting) and margin optimization
Channel Strategy for assigned product/services portfolio
Compliance with Quality & Regulatory requirements (if applicable)
Successful product & services launches, market activation and adoption
Drive definition, development and introduction of the IT Services products/solutions, including cross-business solution development to our customers by meeting their needs, including service and consumables
Responsible for Product and/or Solutions development of the business case to support new value creation.
Translates customer, clinical, technical, market and commercial insight into IT Services product/solution requirements and works closely with Program Management and R&D to refine and execute.
Responsible for product management deliverables in alignment with engineering milestones as described in PDLM to drive perfect NPIs as well as creating an IT Services product timeline as a standalone offer aligned with customer requirements to achieve expanded solution sales with recurring and incremental revenue growth.
Interacting with the various disciplines including Innovation, design, manufacturing , suppliers, to ensure perfect NPI execution.
Responsible for development and execution of FOK strategy supporting market development, creating early adaptors to drive customer awareness, engagement and preference for Philips IT Professional Services
Work with key markets and Insight & Analytics to understand customer segmentation, Customer Decision Journey and purchasing drivers and barriers and translate that into a marketing plan underpinned with business base (QXP) and value-based pricing strategy.
Where and when applicable works with the key Business stakeholders to identify the unmet IT needs and technology trends, to develop/execute plans for desired claims.
Work with Q&R to ensure safety and compliance as well as per country regulatory strategy and planning needed for NPIs or Installed Base.
Work with Business Development Manager function to support commercial (i.e. business model) innovation and support Market Activation.
Work with Marcom & Digital to generate relevant brand assets, event strategy and execution globally. Work with marketing within markets to support localization of assets, critical local events and peer-to-peer strategy.
