Proven experience in managing medium size software teams and implementing software engineering best practices
Strong agile scrum and safe knowledge a must. Need to have: Certified PMP, SAFE and CSM
Good understanding of benchmark software engineering practices
Proven experience in managing large software teams.
Experience with medical device software development desirable
Excellent communication skills. Ability to present technical/complex issues to various audiences

Responsible for driving next generation projects using Agile & SAFe
Support program management and ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Responsible for ensuring the highest quality of deliverables and in ensuring doing things the right way as per processes and getting things right the first time
Works with engineering managers for resource commitments & holds the team accountable for quality & timely deliverables
Work closely with cross-functional & life cycle teams spread globally, playing a leadership role in leading the overall project/ program to success. Drives effective stakeholder communication
Develop detailed project plan to track progress, identify project risks & flag them upfront, control them and manage regular communication to stakeholders, ensuring thoroughness in dealing with the details
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
