Job Description Pfizer Careers Job Vacancy for Regional Business Manager in February 2021:
Work with the Project Lead to develop a business model framework for each of the channels, leveraging the existing the team infrastructure:
To study in detail the existing business framework, competitor strategy for each channel
To evaluate the business potential and revenue road map for each channel
To identify the right brand portfolio for each channel
To create a sustainable order-to-cash process for each channel
To develop a marketing plan/account management plan catering to each channel
To recommend a win-win incentive structure to ensure whole-hearted participation and implantation
Operational / Process
Work with the Project Lead to develop a sustainable order-to-cash process for each channel
To ensure compliance process design
To engage with key stakeholders, internal (BU Leads, Marketing team, Compliance, Finance, Distribution and Legal) & external in order the ensure timely implementation
To continue to collect data and insights to fine tune and develop the future scalable model
Work with the Project Lead to build the full project team comprising of Senior FLS (ADMs/Sr. TEs), District Managers and CBMs
To provide clearly defined roles and responsibilities and objectives for all members of the project team by leveraging on their current strengths
To inspire the team with a sense of pride and Joy in supporting this special project initiative
To provide the project team with the requistive training for implentation
To work with the Project Lead and internal stakeholders to develop a pricing/discount framework in sync with the current framework across IM
To work with the Project Lead to create and develop Digital platform to support these channel initiatives
Degree in Sciences / Pharmacy or Graduation with relevant experience is desirable.
Diploma/ Degree in sales/marketing is advantageous
Special Skills & Knowledge
Must be an accomplished Sales Lead with demonstrated leadership skills, process orientation and thorough subject matter expertise of Pfizer sales and distribution practices (Recommended to be filled through internal hiring only)
Knowledge of pharmaceutical sector, trends & potential of key therapeutic segments
Experience in sales and marketing of Pharma products preferably in major hospitals/ hospital chains.
Well versed in all aspects of institutional marketing and sales
Product knowledge and related medical information.
Knowledge of regulatory laws and issues related to the Pharmaceutical industry.
Field force management experience.
Understanding of promotional and adverse event reporting guidelines.
