Job Description PepsiCo Careers Recruitment MBA Job Vacancies in Hyderabad Hiring for Marketing Insights in August 2020:

Own External/Syndicated Data Quality:
Lead weekly coverage and stability analyses for FLNA markets w/ IRI and other external data partners to ensure data is meeting expectations at the national and regional levels
Communicate with end users within timeframe specified in the service level agreement if data issues arise; RED ALERT Notice to end users; communicating again once issue has been resolved.
Establish safe guards and automate data quality checks, e.g., regular trend-watch of data streams to identify and address potential trend breaks.
Leverage global/regional synchronization efforts (PEPView, PPD) to drive further streamlining and unification of data sets for future digitalization work;
Evaluate and integrate data suppliers beyond the scope of current global/regional efforts to increase scale of underdeveloped disaggregated data sources (examples: local loyalty card data, demographics, local POS materials);
Partner with key vendors to develop contingency/action plans when dissatisfactory results arise.
Data Refresh & Vendor management:
Lead vendors through data refresh/ restatement projects annually;recapturing data structure to meet the evolving data classification needs for the business (ex. Custom aggregate for Better For You segment of Salty Snacks)
Responsible for Communication, quality checks and validation (pre/post) share impact for all restatement projects
Manage New Item Coding process
Manage annual shelf audit deliverable, including topline communication to executives on space results and updates to space related reporting
Identify and scope potential data expansion moves and/or potential visualization projects to enable business partners to better utilize data
On-going relationship development with major data vendors/suppliers for product enhancement work
Knowledge management:
Develop and deliver training agenda for new hires to streamline onboarding and minimize the learning curve with common data sources and frequent questions
Develop and deliver training agenda for tenured associates on technical enablement
Monitor and report usage/ compliance to upload reports from finished projects, drives engagement
Ensures syndicated reports from external vendors are available on the platform

Key Qualifications/Requirements:

An experienced Insights/Data/Technology leader with experience in a leading consumer goods company. 5 years+ experience
Education: MA in information systems, math, marketing or management
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence others leveraging fact-based selling
Demonstrated ability in championing new processes for improving fact-based decision making
Proven ability to synthesize multiple, disparate data sources into compelling growth strategies. Formulates a strong POV and can articulate future scenarios; Is an exceptional story-teller.
Strong collaborator: Interested and motivated by working with others. Actively creates and participates in opportunities to co-create solutions across markets; will be willing and able to embrace Responsive Ways of Working
Proven analytics, shopper research experience, consumer insights experience or commercial experience in a combination with strong analytical skills
High degree of familiarity with CPG and Food & Beverage industry data sources, including Nielsen/IRi (POS and HH panel), GlobalData, Kantar Worldpanel, etc.
Knowledge management project experience – desirable
Deep understanding of CPG industry business performance outputs and causal measure and their relationships
Operational experience from business servicing sector and/or consulting experience would be a plus
Language: English Fluent
