The Recruitment Administrator will be responsible for several administrative tasks around recruitment. Among others: -Assist Recruitment Specialist in creation of reports – post all advertisement as agreed with local HR – post all new jobs in the Parexel recruitment system – enter all CVs into Parexel recruitment system – arranging interviews – book travel arrangements for candidates – send e-mail with the new position (internal posting) – booking meeting rooms for interviews – Sending interview confirmation to the candidate
Reference checks,drives bookings and coordination.
1+ years administrative experience, ideally with one years’ experience within a busy and progressive HR environment. – Experience in the use databases, ideally a HR database – Flexible and change orientated – Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. – Client focused approach to work and commercially aware. – A flexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning. – Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm, and prioritize workload with attention to detail. – Willingness to work with multiple supervisors in a matrix environment, and to value the importance of teamwork. – IT literate ‘ Experience with Microsoft based applications and general knowledge of PC functions. – Fluent in English (verbal and written)
