Job Description QUALIS ENGINEERS Off Campus Drive in Pune 2020 Freshers Hiring For Business Development Executive in August 2020:

Business Development Executive is one who is responsible for setting up meetings with relevant person / Manager in the end company. To search relevant data generate leads / arrange appointment with decision maker persons in the company.

Responsibility Deliverable

  1. Data sourcing and management

  2. Tele calls to generate meetings

  3. Develop selling skills and business knowledge to grow into a Business Development executive.

  4. Generate meetings with proper decision maker person

  5. Develop selling skills

  6. Make sales by developing the capacity

  7. Quotation & related information given immediately to the lead

  8. Follow up of the hot leads and convert them into order

  9. Manage all data in CRM and coordinate with the sales team on field

  10. Give immediate response for an field team

  11. Manage Indiamart and other website data and phone calls and reply immediate and keep follow up.

Tasks & Activities

Data Sourcing and Management

  1. Sourcing accurate contact details from online sources like LinkedIn , Facebook , Google search of the decision maker events from the logistics manager , dispatch manager , purchase managers & marketing departments of companies in the business of Automobile Industry, Manufacturing Industry, Warehousing Ind , Pharmaceutical Ind , Supply Chain Ind Etc.

  2. Maintaining the database on the internal templates of the organization

Tele – Calling

  1. Spending 5 hours per day on calling up the decision makers of the target customer to get meetings for the sale team.

Meeting Co – Ordination

  1. Write emails professionally to share company profile or any write Email quotation and catalogues information the prospective client seeks about the company.

  2. Being the communication bridge between the prospective client and the Business Development team to ensure meeting details accuracy.

Development selling skills and business knowledge to grow into a Business Development Executive

  1. After completing selling up of 120 meetings per month( Daily 04 meetings), Tele Marketing Executive shall accompany BDE for meetings.
