Pre Sales Executive


Our company is seeking to hire a Pre-Sales Executive who will be assisting the technical manager. You will work closely with the pre sales team managing clients and other key stakeholders. This task involves creating proposals, response to RFP/RFQ/RFI, coordinate with respective technical team for estimates, monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that proposals/project deadlines are met in a timely manner.



Providing tailored or customized deal centric proposal content
Co-ordinate with key stakeholders such as Solution Architects, Commercials teams to gather inputs and articulate them in the response
Engaging with a range of other internal support teams to source and validate sales information
Hands on experience in writing proposals, deck making, research and coordination, presales support for RFP, RFQ processes, ensuring the bids/enquiries are responded and submitted in a timely manner
Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members


Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills in English (Very important)
Good understanding in reviewing proposal documents
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Competency in Microsoft Office applications is a must
Ability to work on tight deadlines
Avid interest in technology, science, computer games, books
Good academic background. ( can be commiserated with equivalent experience or technical knowledge)
BBA, Btech, BCA, BSc Computer Science etc
Experience : Freshers to 1 Year

Location: Trivandrum
