We at Glider.ai help companies screen their talent in Technical and Non-Technical skills. We have a number of Technical and Non-technical assessments at immediate disposal. At the same time we strive to add and enhance our content inventory.
You will be responsible for fulfilling assessment requests from customers, assessment creation, content procurement with the help of SMEs, and maintenance of content required for assessments (Technical and/or Non-Technical).
- Support customers in their talent screening needs (technical and non-technical assessments).
Attend to their assessment related requests and queries.
Understand different assessment needs of customer by going through their JDs and skill requirements.
Coordinate with external SMEs for procurement and review of technical and/or non-technical content
Periodic review of technical and/or non-technical content demand and availability
You must have
- Basic understanding of Technology
Good command over written and spoken English
Respect for deadlines
Very high ownership
