These full-time (40 hours/week), paid positions are 8-9 months in length.
A Day in the Life
Under the direction of a more experienced engineer, you will prepare plans for your own work, participate in technical analysis and characterization of device, and identify opportunities for productivity and quality improvement.
Bringing together your interests in medicine and engineering: support development of renal care therapies, construct hardware and software tools to perform experimental protocols.
To be considered for the engineering internship, you must meet the following basic requirements. How you meet these criteria, must be clearly indicated on your resume to be considered for a position.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Biomedical engineering or bioengineering or related discipline
A minimum 8.0 out of a 10.0 cumulative GPA in your latest course work
Participants must be able to participate full time (40 hours/week) as part of our intern cohort:
