Juniper L3 Support
NOC Skillset requirement.
Wireless Infrastructure –
- Cisco Aironet Access Points, Cisco Prime, WLC’s, Aruba Central Insta access points, Aruba controller base modules.
VPN Technologies –
-Point to Point VPN, DMVPN, MPLS L2/L3 VPN, Pulse Secure VPN, IPSec VPN.
Routing and Switching Technologies –
- Network Routing: OSPF, BGP, VRF, EIGRP and Routing Instances
Network Switching: VLAN, VLAN trunking, STP, PVSTP, VTP, Port Channel, Ether Channel.
Switching Technologies / Others : HSRP, VRRP, NAT, NTP, SNMP, DHCP, IP SLA.
WAN Technologies : DSL, ADSL, DSLAM, FTTC, MPLS, ILL, MPLS, NPLC and IPLC.
Juniper SRX, Cisco ASA, Checkpoint, Fortinet.
Certifications : JNCIA/CCNA (Mandatory), CCNP (Added advantage)
Other requirements and work Scope :
- Ability to fault find on networks and the ability to manage incidents to conclusion.
Strong work exposure and troubleshooting knowledge on Routing, Switching, Cisco, Aruba Wireless and Juniper SRX, Hands-on Cisco ASA Firewall
Good understanding of ITIL process and hands on incident, change and Problem management.
Interpersonal skills: Such as telephony skills, communication skills, active listening and customer facing..
Experience of using Service Now and Spectrum would be an added advantage.
