Job Description MindTree Careers Walkins Interviews in Bangalore Hiring For Support Engineer in July 2020:

The support engineer is responsible for support delivery, providing technical support to Azure customers by resolving escalated, complex technical customer issues on the Azure Platform and delivering Azure Technical Support against CPE and workflow efficiency targets; to identify required tools, cloud access, training, processes or capabilities to assess customer issues in less than 15 minutes; and to keep escalations to <10%.

The SE will need to closely collaborate with PG engineering and operations, and other CTS engineers

As a Support Engineer, you will be involved in

Power BI

Candidate should have over all 3 to 4 years in Infra experience, in that strong experience in Power BI/SQL BI with 1-2 years of experience on SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, Windows and SQL Server.
Effective Communication and Soft Skills with excellent Support Experience who are willing to work 24×7
Extensive experience in analysis, design, development of reports, dashboards, and Custom Visuals for analytics.
Work experience on multiple data sources like SQL, SSRS, SSAS, Oracle, SAP into BI Tools, created relationships between data, created calculated columns and measures using DAX Query.
Experience in creating different visualizations like Line, Bar, Histograms, Scatter Plot, Waterfall Chart, Bullet Graph, Heat maps, tree maps etc.
Having experience in creating calculation fields by using a different type of DAX functions. Creating Calculations, Advanced Calculations, Parameters and Filter Context Cascading filters for preparing Dashboards and worksheets efficiency in Power Bi.
Ability to handle complex problems with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience on Embedding scenarios like App owns data into external applications is an added advantage.
Experience on Premium capacities and its usage is an added advantage.
Strong ability to communicate clearly and professionally with end customers.
Strong ability to troubleshoot complex issues in an often-ambiguous environment.
4 years of experience in support projects and handling customers and feedback survey.

SQL BI

Candidate should have over all 3 to 4 years in Infra experience, in that strong experience in Power BI/SQL BI with 1-2 years of experience on SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, Windows and SQL Server.
Effective Communication and Soft Skills with excellent Support Experience who are willing to work 24×7
Experience in MS SQL Server 2012/14/16/19, SSRS, and SSAS, with Power BI.- DBA skills in Business Intelligence
Microsoft BI technologies, including SSRS, PBIRS, SSAS and Sharepoint.
SSIS,SSAS performance tuning techniques
Installing SSRS, PBIRS and configure Reporting services on premise.
Installing SSAS and troubleshooting techniques
Analyse log files in SSRS, SSAS and PBIRS and troubleshoot the issue based on error.
Troubleshooting on SSAS Memory crashes, performance issues, connection issues.
Troubleshooting on Scale out Deployment in SSRS, SSAS and PBIRS.
Troubleshooting on Kerberos issues, Authentication issues.
Migration in SSRS, SSAS and PBIRS.
Knowledge of database security, backup and recovery, and performance monitoring standards.
Additional Should have worked on SSAS metadata or schema object such as Attribute, Facts, Logical Tables, Security Filters, Hierarchies
Experience on creation of Reports and Dashboards from varied data sets with filters, prompts, custom groups
Experience in performance optimization and tuning database. Diagnose and resolve application bottlenecks and performance issues.
Collaborate with customers and address customer needs.
Experience on working with customers in soothing manner and in working in shifts.
Excellent communication skills.
