Roles and Responsibilities :

Tasked with transforming sales operation from scratch by educating clients on 3D printing
Services , creating new markets & harvesting untapped business opportunities

  • Handling new Client acquisition as well as handling existing client(as and when required)

  • Understanding the Client requirement.

  • Setting up monthly and weekly targets.

  • Make strategy to achieve yearly targets.

  • Technical offer preparation and technical discussion with customer

  • Negotiation & order finalization.

  • Preparing the presentation & presenting at the client place to increase the client base.

  • Closely interact with the internal teams to ensure the project delivery on time.

  • Analysing the competition.

  • Maintaining the Business Development databases

  • Keep tracking on the regular customer to achieve the targets & to ensure to get complete
    business.

  • Closely interact with the client finance team to get the payment on time.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
customer service, marketing or sales experience
understanding of the principles of marketing
knowledge of marketing tools and techniques
proficient in relevant computer applications
proficient in social media marketing
