Roles and Responsibilities

Search for new client leads. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Manage relationships with existing customers.
Conduct market research (analyze competitors, efficiency of sales strategies, etc.)
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives.
Actively approach targeted business clients (telephone, email, social networks, events, etc.)
Progress is tracked regularly based on the corporate goals and standards.
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

Must have Facility Or security Industry Experience
