The Field Sales Officer is an entry-level position responsible for meeting sales targets for financial products and services within their assigned district or location in coordination with the broader Consumer Sales team. The overall objective is to utilize basic product knowledge to build relationships with clients in order to recognize which financial products and services meet their needs.The Relationship Manager for a SKY Branch location should own the complete Customer Relationship Management for all mapped customers and should own the goals of sourcing multiple products for the bank in that particular location.The person designate will be tasked with Satisfactory Customer Service, sales of Investment Products – Mutual Funds, PMS, MLD, etc.; Insurance Products; Forex; AUM Growth and other cross sell products like Savings accounts, Credit Cards. In addition to acquisition, the incumbent is tasked with various deliverables around compliance, controls, AML, KYC/CHAD requirements and delivering on the key goals of Consumer bank and Sales & Distribution
Delivering Revenue plan on Investments; Insurance and FX Products
Responsible for selling the entire bouquet of Citibank recommended products to customer after assessing customer segment & sourcing strategy
Responsible for AUM and NNM growth as per plan
Responsible for achieving Qualified Client Growth as per Plan.
Responsible for Referrals for CP and CG NTB acquisition
Customer Relationship Deepening; maximize penetration across products, Customer focused need based selling
Daily Client Engagement meetings and Portfolio Reviews
Maintain highest levels of customer service to achieve best in class NPS score.Ensuring adherence to Compliance guidelines / Audit
Ensuring adherence to all Compliance guidelines and MCA requirements
Ensure compliance and integrity of the sales process with respect to right selling, sourcing and documentation.
Discipline in Trainings; Certifications; HR related time lines adherence
Ensure adherence and accuracy of procedures in day to day sales
Previous relevant experience in financial sales and customer service preferred

Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
