Partnerships Manager- Digital Business Unit
About the Role:
Reports to: Head of Digital Partnerships
To support the strategic partnerships head, we are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial candidate who will take on responsibilities and accelerate Go-To-Market activities with some of the existing partners as may be designated to him/her and also assist the partnerships head in their activities.
You have a natural ability to network, build relationships, and explain the value proposition of our digital technologies. You should also have sales or marketing experience and have been in customer-facing situations in the recent past.
We are looking for an engineer and a management graduate with minimum 5 yrs of experience in the Engineering/Technology services industry preferably in the Digital domain and also having got exposed to at least 2 or 3 of our Industry markets such as Aerospace & Defence, Transportation, Communication, Utilities, Energy, Power, Mining, Semicon, and Geospatial.
a. Promote Cyient digital services to the partners and support the strategic partnerships head in closing mutually beneficial agreements in the digital partnership ecosystem
b. Assist the partnerships head in sales and marketing strategies to engage partners and directly promote opportunities
c. Manage diligently the database of all partnerships, the agreements executed, and produce reports for review by senior management on partnership pursuits, opportunities, revenues etc.
d. Manage the database and work with sales and delivery teams on partner-driven opportunities and collaboratively work with them until closure.
e. Engage multiple team members within BUs, for joint GTM activities with the partners and have regular cadence and follow-ups and guide GTM activities, ensuring opportunities and deal closures.
Work with the marketing team to develop JVPs/Joint marketing collaterals, to organise campaigns and events and use partnership status for promoting better visibility and reach for Cyient Digital.
5+ years of consulting or IT digital services and an understanding of the global digital technology ecosystem
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to build business cases and deliver creative solutions
Ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written, with proven ability to negotiate and influence
Comfort with high degree of autonomy; ability to make decisions and define path forward effectively and independently
Strong analytical skills
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
