Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst
As a Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst you will support systems and processes to ensure our global team is continuously improving. You will take ownership of our internal systems and process documents and assist in program management. You will provide insights to help enhance existing procedures and implement solutions to make us more efficient.
As a Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for:
Assisting with global and regional program execution to support our key systems and processes
Maintaining responsibility for supporting applicant tracking systems, job description database and intranet content.
Creating, developing and managing our web content, and communications documents.
Contributing to enhancement and support of key systems and programs impacting the global team
Working with IT to assist in new program implementation and vendor coordination

To be successful in this role you will:
Have 2 years of relevant experience Human Resources experience
Demonstrate experience working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
Be a highly organized self-starter who is comfortable working both independently and with cross-functional teams
Be experienced in implementing process improvements in a human resource environment
Be detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
