Product Marketing Specialist
The Product Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving the marketing & launch strategy of battery backup, surge protectors, Racks & Power Distribution Units within Transactional & Edge Line of Business. Our portfolio are widely used in Smart Home, Small & Medium Business(SMB), Enterprise server room, datacenters and Industrial environments.
You will work with cross-functional global teams from product management, regional offer management, channel marketing, global marketing and sales to grow the portfolio. You will report to the Head of Product Marketing for Transactional & Edge.
What you will be doing:
Document customer challenges and conduct customer journey mapping
In charge of messaging & positioning the portfolio, telling stories about how they work and developing concise value propositions
Design, manage and execute marketing plans and launch strategy
Develop global marketing content targeting home consumers, SMB & Enterprise IT Managers personas, and create marketing & sales enablement kits to help sales & channel team sell more products. The content includes but is not limited to brochures, sales presentations, social campaigns, eDMs (email marketing campaigns), SEO optimized product landing page, web banners and other digital marketing content
Create Rich Media Content(videos, professional lifestyle images, interactive display, digital buying guide) for Ecommerce syndication in IT and Etail channels across regions
Partner with product and R&D team to create technical documents e.g. data sheet, setup sheet, submittal drawing, Sketchfab 3D rendering, bid specifications and competitor comparison etc to ensure project wins
Create a variety of long and short videos for product launches and internal communication of key initiatives
Guide 3rd party agencies in developing videos, product lifestyle images for products of major and strategic marketing classifications.
Bachelor’s Degree in English, Marketing, Communication, Mass Media, graphic design and relevant field
Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to translate complex technical information into convincing marketing content with solid value proposition
At least 3 years of content marketing experience in B2B or B2C space
Experience managing and developing marketing programs with clear data driven results
Experience launching new products from start to finish with proven success preferred
Track record of delivering high quality marketing content under tight deadlines
Advance project management skills to manage multiple projects at the same time
Proficient in Adobo InDesign, Canva and other design platforms
