The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading, managing, and directing all marketing-related activities for Cyient’s Utilities sectors. This role focuses on growing immediate business results with large, global OEM customers primarily serving the telecom / communications and utilities industries. You will report to Senior Marketing Manager.
Experience conceptualizing and executing digitally-savvy content and thought leadership-led demand generation and brand development campaigns
Expertise in ABM program, tactics, tools, and managing large-scale experience-and engagement-led marketing
Expertise in developing a strong influencer community across partners, analysts, advisors, influencers, and thought leaders in driving large deals
Experience working in globally-diverse culture and fast-paced environments

Experience in program managing large-scale virtual/physical events and marketing programs

Industry solution marketer and brand ambassador responsible for innovative marketing initiatives with a focus on demand generation/ABM.
Marketing strategy, planning, implementation, and reporting and analytics for the business unit globally
Lead the brand development, demand generation, thought leadership, and influencer engagement agenda across channels (Web, digital, immersive, social, etc.)
You and us represent the industry with the global business development team and corporate marketing teams
Lead the on-going development and management of Cyient.com, including managing content, site upgrades, and measurement of impact specifically to the medical related website pages.
Develop creative approaches to promote the full Cyient portfolio and amplification of creative content across Cyient platforms; ensure approach aligns with brand identity and standards.
Identify and develop creative briefs for new collateral requirements with a focus on interactive/engaging digital assets and virtual experiential marketing assets
In collaboration with segments, establish governance standards and best practices across the company. Chair cross-segment working group to ensure collaboration and foster thought leadership.

Domain knowledge of the medical industry’s competitive environment and customer community
Understand B2B marketing—from strategy to execution—in tech/ engineering/ manufacturing solutions across geographies.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related fields
10+ years of experience in B2B industry-centric marketing in large to mid-size tech and engineering solutions organization
5+ years of leadership experience
