Job Description Flextronics Recruitment MBA Job Vacancies in Chennai Hiring for HR Assistant Manager in August 2020:
Responsible for Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, competency mapping.
Responsible for the development, implementation and administration of systems and training programs designed to efficiently develop the knowledge, skills and behaviors of staff, effectively managing the allocation of human, technical and material aspects.
Develop and oversee new training projects based on the detection process execution of training needs.
Participates in needs analysis studies to determine training needs within organization.
Formulates teaching outline and determines instructional methods such as individual training, group trainings, meetings and workshops.
Conducts training sessions covering specified areas such as new employee orientation, on-the-job training, apprenticeship programs, refresher training, promotional development, upgrading and leadership development.
Evaluates participants to measure progress and to ascertain effectiveness of training.
Reports on progress of employees under guidance during training periods.
Revises design of training curriculum and methods to improve effectiveness.
Supervise staff in charge, giving feedback, creating their jobs descriptions and evaluating of their performance, to ensure the proper functioning of the department.
Develop plans and training programs.
Ensure compliance with corporate training programs.
Implement improved processes for staff training.
Monitor internal and external audits.

Typically requires a Master’s or MBA degree with minimum of 8 years of training and/or Talent Management experience in Manufacturing Domain.
Must have a good knowledge of company policies and practices, with excellent writing, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Use of the following tools may be required: Office Skills: Office software to include, word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation packages.
Demonstrates advanced functional and technical skills and basic people and/or process management skills.
Demonstrates advanced/thorough knowledge of the function and Flex business.
Demonstrates knowledge of multiple functional technologies/processes, industries or functions and understanding of interdependencies of such processes at the site.
