Your role
Are you highly organized and process driven? Do you keep an eye on all the important details, even when multitasking? We are looking for some one who can
• manage day-to-day APAC requests relating to HR Operations on Lifecycle of UBS employees in accordance to UBS policies and in line with country legislative standards
• be familiar with HR system updates and tracking of HR requests via the case management tool
• exercise control to ensure consistent job performance and service quality by adhering to key performance indicators and operational Service Level Agreement
• ensure service quality in deliverables by exercising key controls
• support the HR Operations Team Lead in troubleshooting of incidents, ensuring mitigation plans are in place and on any HR initiatives and projects
• participate and/or support any regular auditing requirements
Your expertise
• bachelor degree and/or relevant work experience
• minimum 3 to 6 years of experience in HR Operations with knowledge of APAC employment legislation is added advantage
• analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• excellent time management and prioritization skills along with a “Can Do” attitude
• additional ASIAN language (i.e. Japanese, Chinese etc.) proficiency (optional)
