Global Payer Engagement (PE) Manager
As a Global Payer Engagement (PE) Manager, you are responsible for developing, updating, managing and approving selected value communication materials using PROMOMATS, management, alignment and updating of reference links for promotional/value communication materials, management and updating of eCVDs/eCVD platform, quality control for reimbursement dossiers, management/updating selected market access tracking platforms, internal and external stakeholder management and project management.
You are also responsible for developing, updating and management of value communication materials for i.e. payer engagement. Incl. process ownership in PromoMats, re-certification of existing value communication materials based on life-cycle management timelines in PromoMats, management of external and internal stakeholders to get payer engagement materials through PromoMats for approval, value communication materials are supported by extensive referencing, which needs to be linked to each PromoMats job, upload of patient access and value communication materials to market access portal and eCVDs, incl. maintenance of documents/site, quality control of reimbursement dossiers requires cross checking of all content, especially content in tables and figures with the original information in the Clinical Trial Report, within PE, we track the feedback from Health Technology Assessors regarding our reimbursement submissions. The maintenance and data input of this information into the HTA Tracking system is required, project management – the role requires experience in planning and execution of projects, as well as manage resources required to drive projects.
The job demands high level of attention to detail and excellent command of the English language. This job is based at office in Bangalore, India. The role is to support, as a unique team-member, the Access team with a primary focus on value communication (PE). International travel will be required for 8-10 days a year.
You need to have the below knowledge and skills
Graduate degree in life or health sciences / pharmacy or health economics
Master’s Degree from a well-recognized institute
Good academic track records and grades
5+ years of experience from either working with pharma / healthcare industry
Demonstrated ability to understand and interpret clinical/health economic data and translate findings into impactful communication materials
Diabetes and Biopharm therapy area knowledge would be a benefit
Technical skills: MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Word is a must. Experience with in-design, photoshop systems is an advantage
You should have good appreciation of external communications and analytical mind-se, you should demonstrate capability to take ownership and accountability of deliverables assigned and deliver within tight deadlines. You should have excellent written and oral communication skills in English, excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong working relationships and effectively influence all levels of the business. You should have the ability to naturally assume ownership of initiatives, requiring minimal supervision to consistently deliver outstanding results. You are expected to exhibit a high degree of flexibility as the nature & timing of the assignment and deliverables keeps changing with the dynamic business environment
