Resource Management (RM)— Senior Analyst


Your key responsibilities include:

As an SA—RM, you will work directly with the business and own responsibility for a particular unit within a service line or location or as defined by the function-specific subsidiary (FSS). You will own the business metrics for this group operationalize RM strategy for them. Some of the key deliverables will be:

Plan and execute processes around demand forecasting, campus deployments, bench management, demand-supply gap management.

Own governance and review of all RM parameters and collaborate with business to drive the metrics data research, analysis, and reconciliation.

Build a network of FSS leaders, managers. Conduct regular practitioner connects to have deep understanding of ground dynamics.

Conflict management of schedules, smooth rollover planning.

Understanding key skills and processes used in the FSS and market trends. Assess and judge competence level of practitioner of the FSS.

Partner and build relationships with FSS leadership and practitioners, CTS and talent business leaders.

Advisor to FSS for visa processes.

Help build a learning focused, passionate, and solution-oriented team.

The team

Resource Management Organization (RMO) plays a key role to ensure the best alignment of practitioners with right skillsets to the right engagements at the right time. The RMO processes are designed to balance client needs, practitioner needs, and practice revenue goals.

The RMO is divided into two clear streams:

Staffing support to US India offices—RM team
Processes and information system support for US and US India offices—RMIS team
In order to service the business requirements, the RMO is aligned FSS-wise and led by a FSS-specific RM lead. In US India offices, the FSS-specific RM lead, heads a team of resource managers supporting the India business and a team of RM process experts who provide services to the RMs across US and US India in four FSSs:

Postgraduate in any stream
Total experience of 4 to 6 years and minimum relevant experience of four years in RM capacity
