To ensure the Attendance entire RMC plant and frequently visit to plant.
As per Factory Act (Plan Approval, Obtain License, Renewal of License, Handling Inspection Remarks & Reports, Maintained Registers & Records, Submission of Factory Act under all Returns. Closer process-related documentation.
As Per Contract Act (Application & Obtaining Registration certificate, Renewal Contract Labor Licenses, Maintained Contractors & Contract Labor documents. Maintained Registers & Records, Submission of Returns. Handling with Labor officer remarks compliances.
As per P.F & ESIC Act (Obtained New Code Number, Filling Monthly Returns of P.F & ESIC Challan, Half & annual Returns, Filling & Submission of various forms & Periodical Returns, Handling PF Withdrawal cases, Attending Hiring Related P.F & ESIC cases, Handling with P.F & ESIC Inspection Reports & Returns.
Professional Tax (Every month workout challan& Annual Assessment as per the Act.
The Bonus Act (Workout the bonus amount as per company policies, maintain of bonus Register filled D forms & submission of under this Act
Maharashtra Labour Welfare Fund (MLWF) half-yearly returns submission.
To obtain New Consent and Renewal of Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB)
To obtain a New Small Scale Industry certificate.
To complete the Gratuity process & calculation.
Maintained Registers & Records under Minimum wages act, Payment of wages act.
All statutory compliance online submission activity is done from time to time.
To complete Domestic inquiry with IR manager at the zonal office.

Payroll & Compensation Administration:

To ensure payroll-related inputs/details are sent to the Zonal Spoc person Team timely every month for payroll processing.
Adhere to payroll-related compliance and timeline w.r.t correct inputs, Exit kits for final settlement.
Timely settlement of resigned/retire employees with proper exit process.
Address employee queries w.r.t reimbursements like LTA, Car Allowance. IT declaration and other payroll-related.

RECRUITMENT & ONBOARDING
Job posting in Portal as per manager and zonal guidelines.
collecting the IRS/Referral/ External Resume sending to manager for shortlisting and arranging the Interview zoom call or face to face.
Selected candidate collecting the document for the further Joining process.
To guide the candidate onboarding process and ensure the correct document uploaded or not and coordinating with the zonal spoc / Seamax team.
After onboarding completion candidate to ensure the indication of employee and HR Process and organization rules & our values. (RMC/CMD/BPD)

SEAMEX PROCESSES & TEAM TRAINING:
Employee login through or Seamex through raise the employee quires like as attendance, goal setting, evaluation form creation or updation in the system.
To Handle the Mumbai region WFA Audit data and to collect the missing data from employees and as per format I raise a ticket to Seamex portal as per audit point.
Timely raising data correction with respective to Job Data / Position Data service request in Help desk on behalf of the team.
Attending regular training conducted by Seamex team.
