Should have hands on experience as a Generalist HR especially in a Manufacturing industry.
Should have good knowlege on attendance management system in a Factory (Time office function), maintain Employee attendance on a daily basis, Leave Management and provide input to Payroll Department.
Should be good at Employee Engagement activities, pro actively lead Engagement activities in a Factory.
Support & facilitate the Performance Management / Talent Management
Identify the training needs and make sure to run programs as per the taining calendar.
Should be able to manage all Internal and Exeternal Audits.
Manage and resolve Employee concerns, grievances & escalations.
Manage exit interviews and support the business in analysing the data and provide solutions to improve retention rates.
Interact with teams, individuals as part of formal & informal groups so as to feel / sense the pulse of the organization and to bring in changes and improvements.
Partnering with Functional Managers to Understand the key resource issues and associated requirements to meet and address both current and future business challenges.
