Collections Strategy-Partner Management
The role entails leading end to end management of relationship with existing partners of IDFC First Bank – Collections and forge new alliances to meet business requirements including outreach, communications, and strategy development. The role will closely collaborate with the product and operations teams to drive effective partner acquisition, servicing and deepening. The role has a critical responsibility to ensure a fulfilling experience for customers and vendors thereby contributing to the larger organizational objectives of the bank.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for acquiring new partners for IDFC First Collections and facilitating their seamless onboarding
Establish close connect with the existing partners and vendors through mailers and phone calls and share insights on the fluctuations in interest rates and various product offerings
Empanelment of new Dealers and partners in the market for the Collections team
Conduct training and development activities with the Training manager for the empaneled partners
Conduct policy training for internal team member.
Proactively resolve customer queries
Aggregate knowledge of competitor products, best practices in the market
Responsible for tracking channels and team for quality sourcing and healthy portfolio.
Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:
Attract and retain best-in-class talent for key roles in their reporting structure
Monitor key parameters on employee productivity, hiring quality and attrition rates and make necessary improvements
Enable teams to drive growth targets by providing necessary support.
Graduate – Any
Post Graduate – MBA Finance / CA preferred
