Work as part of the Customer Support team
• Demonstrate professionalism, confident, telephone skills
• Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships
• To carryout customer support functions that meets deadlines and responsibilities, demonstrating, politeness, proficiency, and skilled behavior.
•To perform order entry for Korea and other APAC regions.
• Resolve customer product and service queries/complaints
• Pricing enquiries
• SO Validation, Order status ASN updates
• Dropship PO creation and following up.
• Provide information on product availability
• Provide Certificates of Analysis
• Any other customer support functions
• To ensure health and safety is supported within the workplace
•Mentor team members and take responsibility for leading small groups within the team
•Strong problem-solving abilities
•Proven leadership experience
•Demonstrated ability in handling organizational and behavioral issues
•Comfort working both independently and within the team
