What this job involves:

Duties and responsibilities

Responsible for Recruitment operations & end to end recruitment
Sourcing, screening, interview logistics, candidate assessment, comp negotiation, offer release, post offer engagement and enable on boarding
Stakeholder management, regular reviews and meetings with the hiring managers
Update and publish TA dashboard
Individually manages the Stakeholder Management for Client
Manage effective source of hire. Direct sourcing leverage external career site, Professional networking site, drive internal talent mobility etc
Performance objectives:
Partnering with Business heads and execute all the aspects of TA to drive the deliverables of the Account along with Manager, Talent Acquisition
Extremely good communication, Presentable & excellent stakeholder management skills.

Education Qualification: Graduation OR Preferably an MBA

Minimum experience of 6 to 8 years in recruitment
Hands on experience in Volume Hiring
Should have the understanding or experience in latest hiring trends: Social media, LinkedIn
Should have experience in carrying out hiring drives.
Should be hands on in reports and dashboards
