Job Description JLL Careers Job Vacancy for Assistant Helpdesk Manager in April 2021:
Responsible for training, guiding and monitoring the team on day to day operations.
Handle customer complaints and constantly guide the team to work towards enhancing customer experience.
Framing SOPs and identifying the processes that need to be standardized.
Ensure adherence to SLA, identify areas of improvement and share inputs with respective FM team.
Work towards improving the customer satisfaction score and increasing the survey response.
Work closely with Analyst to develop comprehensive monthly dashboards and various Helpdesk reports
Should also be able to prepare all Helpdesk reports and presentations for reviews.
Closely track aging tickets and work with respective site managers for closure.
Responsible for preparing the training schedule for the team and ensure all required trainings and briefings are organized for the team.
Set-up benchmarks for Helpdesk, guide and monitor the team deliverables on meeting the criteria set.
Education and experience
Graduation and above with experience of Helpdesk
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office and Outlook
Problem solving skills, Customer service & escalation
