Graphic Design Analyst
The Graphic Designer will require to design and develop materials to support business development, marketing initiatives and campaigns, and high-end property marketing initiatives. Candidate who can create visual communications to convey messages in an effective and aesthetically pleasing manner. This incorporates several tasks and responsibilities. Emphasis will be on designing customized PowerPoint presentations, brochures, newsletters, microsites and other marketing materials for multi-million dollar properties.
The candidate will work closely with the Marketing teams across globe to support different business/service lines. He/she must understand the strategy, audience and objectives behind complex design projects, provide appropriate solutions with minimal art direction and work with a variety of team contributors including marketers and various levels of management. Graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, one requires to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we’d like to meet you.

Create and maintain high-quality visual content for company brand in both digital and print communications, including, but not limited to brochures, flyers, infographics, social media, web graphics, logos, emailers, event materials, and posters.
Must have a good understanding of the fundamental concepts of print and web publishing and graphic design principles.
Gather all relevant facts for each project and ensure that all deliverables communicate the correct information.
Generate clear ideas, concepts, and designs of creative assets from beginning to end.
Work collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception.
Collaborate with a cross-functional team that includes marketers, art directors, and design managers in order to create compelling designs
Translate information about the business and stakeholders into designs that are visually enticing, easy to understand, and emotionally impactful.
Stay on top of the latest standards, processes, and trends in the visual design field.
You have the ability to work independently and under deadline pressure on several projects simultaneously
The ability to receive, interpret, and implement constructive feedback from project stakeholders into your design work.

Work in Microsoft Word, formatting, designing existing and new documents for consistency, using embedded styles or making custom styles; work with tables; importing/inserting tables, pictures and graphics from various programs
Ability to work on various Real Estate related deliverables like Building Illustrations, property brochures/flyers, signages, banners.
Working on a range of design pieces, from social media posts to packaging design and full-scale branding projects.
To apply you need to be:
Bachelor’s in any disciple or graphic design field with a significant equivalent experience.
Have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
You have strong creative vision and visual arts skills with an established portfolio of business to business print and digital marketing collateral
Proficient using Adobe Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop along with the good knowledge of PowerPoint and Word.
Good communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain design decisions in words and writing.
An appreciation for and awareness of emerging design trends in print and digital.
Able to learn new tools and processes quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment.
Experience in working in Commercial Real Estate will be an added advantage
You have the ability to study industry trends in visual communications and develop creative, innovative ideas to meet JLL’s aggressive business and deal completion goals.
